Elozo respects privacy, and we know that many care about how information is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to the official Elozo websites (elozo.fi/elozo.com/elozo.works/elozo.net/elozo.cn), to all associated subdomains; and mobile applications. By visiting any of the Sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of the terms herein, please immediately discontinue use of the Site.

What Information We Collect

When you visit the Sites, Elozo and its service providers may collect Personal Information that you provide, such as your name, address, email address, ONLY If used in our contact form. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person.

How We Collect Information

Elozo and its services providers collect Personal Information that you provide while using the Sites, either directly or through other user actions, including, without limitation, any Personal Information provided or otherwise obtained while the Sites web pages are open. For instance, Elozo gathers information when you fill out forms on the Site. We may also use analytics that enable us to obtain your Personal Information based on your use of the Sites, including, for example, your clicks on Site pages and page elements as well as information entered into the Sites’ html form fields, regardless of whether the form is submitted. Elozo may use your Personal Information:

· To send you information about Elozo or Elozo partners.

· To personalize your interactions with Elozo, such as to customise your web and email content based on your interests, send you requests to participate events in your area and otherwise target content and communications to you.

· To respond to inquiries and fulfil your requests, such as to process warranties, subscriptions and direct forms of response.

How Can You Control Collection of Your Information?

1. Set your web browser to inform you of when cookies are being set before a cookie is stored and refuse any request to set cookies, and do not accept cookies from Elozo. Erase all Elozo cookies from your hard drive.

2. Do not provide your information when prompted by external sites.

Please note, however, that if you choose to reject or erase cookies, your ability to navigate external sites may be limited. Further, in the event you choose not to share information, Elozo will be unable to respond to your request for Elozo information.

What are your data protection rights?

The right to access - You have the right to request Elozo for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Elozo correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also havethe right to request Elozo to complete information you believe is incomplete.

Does Elozo Collect Information from Children?

Elozo does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. Elozo’s sites are not directed at children under the age of 18. Elozo may from time to time and at its discretion amend this Privacy Policy. The “Effective Date” legend at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

Elozo keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. The last update of this privacy policy will be disclosed at the beginning of this document.

Security

Elozo is committed to ensuring that any Personal Information we collect is secure. We have procedures and technology in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Records containing Personal Information are stored at secure facilities. Elozo employees are provided training on how to treat your data securely. Our websites use a Transport Layer Security, the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private. PCI refers to the technical and operational standards that businesses must follow to ensure that credit card data provided by cardholders is protected. The Sites are controlled and operated by us from Finland, local laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the Finland.
